At Apex Gear, we stand behind the quality of our gaming hardware. Because we deal with high-performance electronics and accessories, we maintain a strict inspection process to ensure every item reaches you in peak condition.

Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy. This means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the nature of gaming accessories, any issues must be reported immediately to ensure the eligibility of the return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused/unworn).
  • In its original packaging with all seals, cables, and manuals intact.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return via email will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and specific instructions on where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages and Functional Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong accessory, contact us at qasimcontazine@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will prioritize these cases to ensure you get the gear you ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of our customers and for hygiene/security reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Software or digital keys.
  • "Open box" items where the factory seal has been broken (unless the item is defective).

UK Consumer Rights

For our customers in the United Kingdom, we comply with the Consumer Rights Act. You have the right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described. Please contact us within your 3-day window to exercise these rights for a swift resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
