At Apex Gear, we focus on getting your high-performance tools to you as quickly as possible so you can get back to your game. Because we serve a global community of gamers, primarily in the United States and the United Kingdom, we have streamlined our logistics to ensure your gear arrives safely and efficiently.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Estimates (US & UK)
We partner with reliable international carriers to bring Apex Gear to your setup. Our standard shipping windows are as follows:
- United States: 7–12 business days.
- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days.
- Other International Destinations: 10–15 business days depending on local postal services.
Note: These are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery may be affected by customs clearance, seasonal peaks, or carrier delays.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide from our primary distribution hubs.
- Customs & Duties: For orders placed in the US, UK, and beyond, any customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Apex Gear does not collect these fees upfront, and they may be requested by the carrier at the time of delivery.
Shipping Responsibility & Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at the time of checkout.
- No Redirects: We cannot redirect or modify a shipping address once the order has been processed.
- Incorrect Addresses: Apex Gear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items
While we ensure your gear leaves our facility in perfect condition, Apex Gear is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit by the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please document the condition with photos and contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

Delivery Confirmation
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us. We cannot issue refunds for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
